Return & Refund Policy

We want every order to reach you in perfect condition. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Our Preorder Model

All orders through BD USA Product Hub are preorder imports β€” we purchase your item from a US retail store after you confirm the order and make payment. Because the product is physically purchased and shipped on your behalf, our ability to accept returns is limited.

Please read product descriptions carefully and ask any questions via WhatsApp before confirming your order.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before we have purchased the item from the US store. Once we have purchased and shipped the item from the USA, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or Messenger as soon as possible. We will confirm whether cancellation is still available.

Refunds for Confirmed Orders

Refunds are generally not available for confirmed and shipped orders, as the item has been purchased and shipped specifically for you. This is standard for personal import/preorder services.

However, we will issue a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

Damaged or defective item: If your product arrives broken, leaking, or clearly damaged β€” not due to normal shipping wear β€” contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong item shipped: If we shipped a different product than what was confirmed in your order conversation, you are entitled to a full refund or the correct item at no extra cost.

Item not delivered: If your order never arrives after the confirmed delivery window and tracking shows no delivery, we will investigate and issue a refund or reship if available.

How to Request a Refund

Send us a WhatsApp message or email at order@bdusaproducthub.com with: (1) your order details, (2) a description of the issue, and (3) photos if applicable. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

Approved refunds are processed via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer within 3–5 business days of approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Customs delays or seizures by Bangladesh customs authorities.

Change of mind after the item has been purchased from the US store.

Minor packaging dents or scratches that do not affect the product itself.

Products where the customer confirmed the wrong variant (size, flavour, etc.).
