BD USA Product Hub is a personal import and preorder service that sources authentic products from authorized USA suppliers & distributors and ships them to customers in Bangladesh. We are not a licensed commercial retailer — all orders are handled manually and confirmed individually.

All orders are placed manually via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. No payment is collected through this website. After you send us a product request, we will confirm current availability, the final price (including import and shipping costs), and estimated delivery time before you commit.

An order is only confirmed once we have exchanged messages and you have agreed to the final quoted price. Browsing the catalogue or adding items to your order list does not create a binding order.

Prices shown on this website are estimates and may change at the time of your order due to fluctuating US market prices, shipping rates, import duties, and currency exchange rates.

The final price is always confirmed via WhatsApp or Messenger before payment. We will never charge more than the confirmed price.

Payment is made directly to us after order confirmation, typically via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. Details will be shared during the order conversation. Do not send payment before receiving a confirmed price from us.

Estimated delivery time is 3–6 weeks from the date of order confirmation, depending on the shipping route and customs clearance. This is an estimate only — actual delivery may be shorter or longer.

We ship through established USA–Bangladesh cargo channels. Tracking details will be shared when available.

All products are sourced from authorized USA suppliers & distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or grey-market goods. Photos and receipts can be provided on request.

BD USA Product Hub is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services, or force-majeure events outside our control. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, adverse effects, or misuse of products — please read all product labels before use.
